Inquiry and order

Conditions and complaints

How does a non-binding request, individual offer and possible order of author's work work.

Effective August 9, 2026

The website is not an automated e-shop

Presented caskets, urns, designs and prices serve to present the work. Clicking on the inquiry button, submitting a form, email or telephone conversation does not in itself form a contract.

1. Demand and individual offer

After receiving the request, we will specify the motive, background, scope of work, price, deadline, method of payment, transport or handover and other conditions. A contract will only come into existence upon explicit acceptance of a specific offer in the manner specified in this offer. Until then, the request is non-binding.

2. Price and Payment

The final price depends on the selected product, the scope and difficulty of hand painting, transport and the deadline. Before the binding order, the customer will receive the total price or a clear method of its calculation and payment terms.

3. Copyright and custom nature

Hand painting is an original work. Minor deviations in stroke, shade and drawing are a natural part of the author's design, not automatically a defect. For an order adapted to personal wishes, the motif and scope are agreed in advance.

4. Withdrawal of the consumer

If the contract is concluded at a distance with the consumer, the customer will receive the information required by law before concluding it. In general, the consumer can withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days. However, this right does not apply, among other things, to goods manufactured according to the consumer's requirements or adapted to his personal needs. For a specific order, it will always be indicated in advance whether this exception applies.

5. Complaints

Report the defect without undue delay to mirka.koseckova@gmail.com or by phone at +420 774 595 220. Provide a description of the defect, the date of receipt and, if possible, attach photos. We will assess and handle the complaint in accordance with the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Out-of-court settlement of disputes

The consumer can contact the Czech Trade Inspection, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, coi.cz, which is the competent entity for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
