What data we process, why we need it and what rights you can exercise.
1. Administrator of personal data

2. Inquiries and communications
When contacting us by e-mail, telephone or via the form, we can process the name, e-mail, telephone, content of the message and other data that you provide to us. The purpose is to respond, prepare an offer, take steps before concluding a contract and then fulfill any contract. The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR; in the case of necessary follow-up records, also a legitimate interest according to letter F).
We retain data from unfulfilled requests only for the time required for communication and protection of legal claims. We keep data related to the concluded contract and accounting documents for the period required by law.
3. Site Operational Records
The hosting provider may temporarily record the IP address, request time, visited address, browser type and device technical data for security, diagnostic and availability purposes. The legal basis is a legitimate interest in the safe operation of the website. Records are only kept for the technically necessary time.
4. To whom the data may be made available
To the extent necessary, the data may be made available to providers of hosting, e-mail and IT services, accountants or legal advisers and public authorities, if required by law. We do not sell the data or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Photos in the obituary editor
The photo you insert into the online announcement editor is only processed in your browser to create a preview and PDF. The website does not send it to our server. You save the finished file directly to your device.
6. External Services
YouTube videos do not load automatically. Connection to YouTube/Google will only occur after pressing the "Load Video" button. This may lead to data processing outside the European Economic Area according to the conditions of the given service. Details are on the page Cookies and external services.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. Send your request to the above email. We may reasonably verify your identity.
