This autumn holds two festival stops for us. At both we will exhibit hand-painted coffins and urns — including the works you can see in the invitation: a white coffin with magnolias, a pink one with a heart of lilies, and a blue one with a folk motif of little birds.
What you can see
At our stand you will find hand-painted coffin lids and urns up close: brushstrokes, the way a motif flows across the lid, and the transitions of colour. Mirka Kosečková will be at both festivals in person — happy to advise on choosing a motif and to listen to your story.
In Ostrava we will paint a coffin live at the festival
The K smrti dobrý festival adds a unique moment: Mirka will paint a coffin right at the venue, and it will then be part of the festival auction. Come and watch a painting grow stroke by stroke.
